The first thing you see when you walk into the Sheraton on the Park’s Signature restaurant, Feast is the vibrant colours of the fresh seafood station, ladened with crayfish, oysters, prawns, salmon and more oysters resting below the bright red lanterns up above. Even if that was the only thing at the Sheraton on the Park’s Chinese New Year special themed buffet dining, I would be very content.

We are at the eve of Chinese New Year which starts on February 8 for the start of the Year of the Fire Monkey until January 27, 2017 and with the Fire Monkey the Chinese lucky colour is not surprisingly symbolised by the colour Red. Be sure to celebrate big before the New Year to bring you good luck, good health and prosperity for the New Year! Many delicious shared plates is how my family and friends celebrate.
